Administrative Assistant - Holy Trinity CE Primary School

The Sycamore Church of England Trust are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly organised administrator to join our Trust, based at Holy Trinity CE Primary School. 


You will be expected to provide routine general administrative and financial support to the school. As first point of contact you will provide an efficient and professional front of house service for the school, whether face to face, over email or telephone. You should have experience in operating online systems or have the necessary skills to be able to learn and become highly confident in the use of multiple systems (for example, our MIS system, website, absence monitoring etc). Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications you will produce letters, reports, and operate relevant packages such as excel to a high standard. 


This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust within a vital and varied role. Whilst school experience is desirable, this is an ideal prospect to apply previous administrative experience within an education setting where your role will impact upon raising outcomes for children.

The Sycamore Church of England Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Teaching Assistant who displays a passion for learning, creativity and a commitment to developing the potential of every child. As a new teaching assistant joining our teaching team, you will play a significant role in supporting the pupils and parents by promoting our aims, values and ways of working in your everyday practice. You help promote those strong Christian values that support our learning community. You will be embedding current good practice with the support of our talented team; and supporting in leading learning in the classroom in a creative way, bringing along your own ideas and experiences to help us raise achievement across our school and further develop our inspiring and engaging curriculum.
