Teaching Assistant - St John's CE Primary

Teaching Assistant (Level 2) – 3 roles

Working Hours:                2 x 30 hours per week and 1x 16.5 hours per week (term time only) 

Grade:                                  6 (30 hours term time only £19,372) (16.5 hours term time only £9,195)

Contract:                             One Permanent (30 hours)/Two Fixed Term (one 30 hours, one 16.5                                           hours) until 31.08.25 with the possibility to become permanent

Required From: 1st September 2024

The Sycamore Church of England Trust are seeking to appoint three proactive and highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join one of our wonderful schools, St Johns’ CE Primary School.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children within the classroom, deliver interventions and provide all children with strategies to access learning with varying levels of need.

Whilst two of these posts  are a fixed-term contract, the Trust is entering an exciting stage of growth where multiple permanent career opportunities will become available. This could offer great career progression for the right person.

There are two posts at 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only and one post at 16.5 hours, term time only.
