You will be expected to provide routine general administrative and financial support to the school. As first point of contact you will provide an efficient and professional front of house service for the school, whether face to face, over email or telephone. You should have experience in operating online systems or have the necessary skills to be able to learn and become highly confident in the use of multiple systems (for example, our MIS system, website, absence monitoring etc). Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications you will produce letters, reports, and operate relevent packages such as Excel to a high standard.
